Ajay Manik Naiknaware

Mr. Ajay Naiknaware holds a Master’s degree in Automobile Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai University, India. He has more than 13 years of experience and started working with Whirlpool of India as Lead Engineer in 2018. He is working on 1D mathematical model development to study system performance for Horizontal axis washing machines and dryers. He is responsible for 1 D model development, carrying out DoE, Monte Carlo studies, Trade off analysis and Design space exploration, Response surface modelling and optimization for thermal performance and robustness assessment of Horizontal axis washing machines.
