From Noumea, New Caledonia, Arthur Rozand graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées (ENSTA) of Brest with a Master in Naval engineering and a Master of science in Naval Hydrodynamics with the Université Bretagne Occidentale (UBO) in France. He took part in different boat design projects such as the Foiler, designed for ENATA, and in tool development. He is now part of the American Magic Team for the 36th America’s Cup
