Marco Barbi received his degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, with a special focus on structural design. His career has been oriented to the automotive sector focusing his experience in Research and Development. He used Virtual simulation mainly in the following fields: Structural Analysis, Crashworthiness and Passive Safety. He joined IVECO, a brand of CNH Industrial, in 2007 as Senior CAE analyst. Currently he is part of the Passive Safety Methodology and Analysis team at CNH Industrial.
