From Lecco, Italy, Paolo Motta received his Master degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. He specializes in boat performance prediction, numerical models development and optimization. Since he graduated in 2013, he has been involved in several projects in the sailing boat design industry working in Italy, Switzerland and United Arab Emirates. This is his first America’s Cup experience.
